The covered patio leads on to an open terrace on the same level. Steps lead down to the garden on the right and to the left is the swimming pool. This is 36′ long, kidney shaped, with depth varying from 1 to 2.5 metres.
At the far end of the pool is a fully-fitted shower room.
A pathway leads along the side of the pool to the pool steps and to the well equipped laundry, cushion storeroom.
Back inside, the door at the rear of the Lounge opens into a corridor leading to the two bedrooms and the shower room.

Both bedrooms have air conditioning and large built-in, shelved, wardrobes with plenty of hanging space.The furniture is mainly oak. All bedding and towels are supplied and a hair dryer is provided.
